Returns
Returns are not a problem. Please send any unused lacrosse equipment back with a note including your invoice number to the address below. A refund will be credited for the lacrosse equipment, but we cannot be responsible for any shipping costs for orders that were filled correctly. If by chance it was our error we will be happy to refund all costs including shipping charges.

Warranties
Lacrosse Heads
Their manufacturer guarantees all un-dyed, un-altered lacrosse heads SIX MONTHS
from the date of purchase, stringing is not. If the head breaks within THIRTY
DAYS of the purchase, you can exchange directly through our stores with proof
of purchase, but if the head breaks past thirty days, you will need to send
it back to the manufacturer directly, along with the proof of purchase. Warranties
can only be honored once. Sender will pay shipping charges. Shafts
Shafts, with
the exception of aluminum and defensive titanium are guaranteed for SIX MONTHS
from purchase
date. If the shaft breaks or is bent significantly
(no longer able to use) within THIRTY DAYS of the purchase, you can exchange
directly through our stores with proof of purchase. If the shaft breaks past
thirty days, you will need to send it back to the manufacturer directly, along
with the proof of purchase. Warranties can only be honored once. Sender will
pay shipping charges.
Padding and Apparel
These items will be looked at on a case-by-case basis. If a piece of equipment
shreds immediately then it is defective. If by chance a piece of equipment
starts to wear down after months of use, this does not mean there is a problem.
